The Town of Sidney is working with the Michiana Area Council of Governments (MACOG) to create a Strategic Plan to guide the Town over the next 5 to 10 years. This initiative is funded through a grant from the Kosciusko County Community Foundation.

Welcome to the Town of Sidney’s new Strategic Plan for the Council. This plan is a critical roadmap that reflects a commitment to responsive, transparent, and forward-thinking governance. It is the culmination of months of dedicated planning, research, and, most importantly, listening to our residents.

This plan focuses on three core strategic themes—areas where we believe targeted action will yield the most significant long-term benefit for our community. The two-year priority action program detailed in Appendix A provides a clear, measurable commitment to the specific projects and initiatives we will undertake, ensuring we deliver on the vision you helped us create. We look forward to working together to make Sidney an even better place to live, work, and thrive.
